For quick, grab-and-go-style breakfasts, CKC Good Food offers several choices:
- Breakfast Sandwiches: Fresh croissant with egg and a choice of protein (ham, bacon, turkey bacon or sausage patty) and cheese (American, cheddar, mozzarella or pepper jack). These come individually wrapped for convenience.
- Bakey Items: A continental breakfast is a traditional choice for many morning meetings. We offer bakery items including bagels with cream cheese, and assorted jumbo muffins, croissants and danishes. Gluten-free muffins are also available.
Guest-Friendly Breakfast/Brunch Bars
With many dietary preferences and allergies to consider these days, breakfast and brunch “bars” can be a great way to accommodate guests’ needs. Our customizable breakfast bars are all vegetarian and can be gluten-free:
- Build-Your-Own Yogurt Parfaits: Greek yogurt with crispy granola and seasonal fresh fruit.
- Scrambled Huevos Rancheros Bar: Scrambled eggs served with gluten-free corn tostadas, smokey frijoles charros, chipotle salsa, crema and cotija cheese.
- Build-Your-Own Breakfast Burrito Bar: Scrambled eggs, Mexican red rice, frijoles charros, sour cream, jumbo flour tortillas and chipotle salsa. Corn tortillas are available for gluten-free tacos.
Crowd-Pleasing Entrees
For special-occasion breakfasts or brunches, served plated or buffet-style, we suggest:
- Apple Cinnamon French Toast Bake, served with maple syrup, butter and powdered sugar.
- Strata Egg Bake, available in three varieties: Tomatoes, garlic and muenster cheese (vegetarian); spinach, mushrooms, onions, garlic and mozzarella cheese (vegetarian); or bacon, sausage, ham and cheddar cheese. Other options available upon request.
- Chilaquiles Rojo with Scrambled Eggs: Tortilla chips soaked in a red chili morita sauce with epazote. Served with scrambled eggs, crema and queso fresco.
- Sourdough French Toast, served with your choice of: maple syrup & butter, house-made whipped cream with berry compote, fried banana with Italian cream drizzle and cinnamon.
